Welcome home Simba!

Simba accidentally bit his owner during a game of tug of war. A few weeks later a police officer noticed the injury and Simba’s other owner was charged with being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control.

We wrote to the CPS and asked them to reconsider the prosecution, arguing that the case was not in the public interest and that, on the evidence, they were unlikely to be successful.

We are delighted to confirm that the CPS did not continue with the prosecution.
